had chinese mock paper today, i slept for a total of an hour
then had dance. taught council mass dance - they were damn funny laa. quite fun
was super lethargic today during open house practice
then went to town with pooty ming drea stelli nicole to eat
drea & nicole left for ballet, i went to meet nor & all
then went to meet the dancers again with nor
shopped around for my bloody hot pink top
cldnt find anything, came home tried stelli's top & realised i cld wear it
so yeah i think my problem's pretty much solved now

okay im totally in no mood to blog now. RESULTS , AH

decided to join Pulse with the cj dancers instead of Jam cos the Jammers hafta put studies first, & we're all pretty much tied up with our own stuff so.. when everyone's settled i'm gon hafta dig out those namecards & make phonecalls about performances & competitions, we're getting back into business in december, watch out for us aiight! ;D

went over to mabel's, then to mitch's place
ordered macs for dinner & watched high school musical

today was the NE exam, then half the day spent with the girls- mandi, stelli & drea & lauw!
shopped around, was playing the role of the devil again.

the winners were sfb, damn freakin good

auditions day
this is like the first time i've been for a competition so unprepared, i swear we completed our dance & burnt our music this morning
we weren't tight so ended up looking messy & i actually forgot my steps for the first time in my life

don't know the Overdrive results yet, but i don't know
the competition was really tough
bloody hell GIN & CAROL WERE COMPETING LA
cameras everywhere, backstage passes & etc.
it was so singapore idol, a room, table of judges, we danced damn close to the table hahah
& the judges were annabel & patrick, like OMG!
they so recognised us la, kept asking which school we were from, hah!
"you guys have it, the potential & the energy but y'all are holding back"
but they were really friendly & talked to us for damn long
bloody interview was retarded to the maximum la,
saw mel & the nyp dancers there too

the hiphop crew battle championship was better, atmosphere was more relaxed
they practically said the same thing, we weren't tight enough
of course la, we finished the dance 3 hours before auditions hahha!
anyway we got in for this one :D yay!
prizes are more attractive anyhow, $2000 marina square vouchers zara topshop mng miss selfridge

yesterday was a blast!
had the 7km walkathon from school to macritchie,
lunched at thomson plaza with stelli, brendan, ming & drea
then off to brendan's house to steal his disposable cutlery & play with rocky
went to shop & save to get party stuff,
then to melly's house for 2 hours of trying clothes, makeup & being blonde & bimbotic
thank you girls, the pre-party preparation was much fun :D

okay, here's the update on yesterday
happy 9th <3>JO BOUGHT ME A PRINCESS BALLOON

& jo's family, church friends & others
quite a number of people actually

everything was pretty okay (despite emo moments between her family & church friends)
until we went to the toilet & i gave her the scrapbook
she said some stuff & i cried then she cried
damn you la, jo

then everything was like okay again
took photos, gave presents, laughed
then she had to check in.
that dumbass was hugging everyone, then when she hugged me she just had to say some stuff again SO YEAH.
even after she went in, she walked back to the glass panel & like yeah
joanna goh xue ting, i think we shld skip all the whispering & turning back the next time yes. hahaha

i'm back from the hospital!

okay, so last week was like a blur
got a fever on monday, went to school on tues
& was sick at home from wed to sat
went to mount alvernia on sat night, cos my mom thought i had dengue & I DID!

so, got admitted into hospital & all that
first time in the whole 17 years, exciting,no?

basically it was blood tests everyday, got put on drip as well
yikes, the needles were just gross

but everything was pretty fun!
late night movies on hbo, early morning cheerleading/dance competitions on espn, visits from jo, nor, mae, mandi, ming, pris, drea, charmian etc.

hokay, i'm back from dance camp

funny group names like:

prepared all the stuff for cip (painting & more painting!!)
tiring but fun though
david tried to get green paint by mixing blue & yellow on the drawing itself instead of using a palatte which annoyed ming
paint fights with ming, russell, weijie etc
came up with new terms like "lining"
haha, funny la

games were fun
WATERBOMBS!
everyone got thoroughly soaked that's all i can say (:

helped hello pandas do their stripes on the wall in the room
blasted music through da's phone & we all started singing along
people started coming in to ask why we were so happening
made the place nice, world cup fever! i like

many many many funny things happened during camp
eg. at kfc, there was this buddy meal thing so alot of people shared
weijie & luke: eh buddy! come buddy. etc
david & the guys saying the same things
someone: why is everybody calling each other buddy
russell: everyBUDDY!

pam luke & weijie just kept laughing during lunch ahahha

while painting, i said: eh david! a fly is flying around & they started laughing.

weijie watched podcasts on mr brown & decided to repeat some
got stuck at this sentence cos we refused to let him continue

said it in such a weird funny hahaha way & couldn't control himself from continuing, he just had to
your car ah! hahaha. zhng my car!

bus ride home with ming, alvan, david & leonard
then david told me many interesting/funny stories about someone after all of them left

life without a maid really, really sucks

today was econs where i learnt practically nothing at all, town with ming, then HOME ALONE! tanning at the rooftop was pretty successful although it was just a mere 15 mins i got redder but sadly, i lacked the willpower so i came down into the comfort of my air-con room
& i hate your camps, i really do :(
